Volunteer will assist Wellness Workshop classes, where they can help set-up, assist as needed during the workshop, and clean-up after. The classes are typically a three- to four-hour time commitment on a Saturday during the day, or in the evening, usually from about 5:30-8:30 pm. Volunteers are welcome to attend or participate in the workshop for which they’re volunteering, as long as the volunteer duties are covered.
