Help us tackle food insecurity that affects our community and patients. Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month, you can help us distribute over 8,000 pounds of food. (Volunteer requirement: age 15 or older)
As part of our effort to provide comprehensive care, we also do what we can to address social needs that impact health. Unfortunately, food insecurity — the inability to consistently put enough food on the table — is common among our patients.
That’s why Venice Family Clinic hosts free food markets every Tuesday! through which we distribute 8,000 pounds of produce. Through our free food market, community patrons and Clinic patients will be able to take home fresh food and vegetables to make delicious and nutritious meals at home.
