About us: We’re an independent non-profit agency that builds, develops, acquires, and manages low- and moderate-income housing in Palo Alto and the San Francisco Bay Area. We provide high-quality, safe housing; subsidize rents to the greatest degree possible, and support our residents in reaching their goals through our Resident Services program. We are searching for volunteers to help us strengthen our services and further our mission


Youth Tutors are needed a minimum of 1 afternoon per week. Students need support in reading, math, and science. Students range in age from elementary to high school. *Please specify which age group you feel most comfortable working with.

Our ideal volunteer:

  • Has experience with subjects being tutored
  • Is positive, patient, and caring
  • Cares about youth development and community
