Volunteer for children’s and senior programs and events

Become a volunteer with the Assistance League Conejo Valley. For over 20 years we have been dedicated to making a difference in our community. Our signature program, OPERATION SCHOOL BELL provides new school clothing for disadvantaged children. At scheduled Clothing Shopping Nights during the fall we take the kids and their parents on a shopping spree to buy new clothing essentials. This is often the very first time any of these children have new clothing. The expression on their faces tells it all. It is such a gratifying experience…both for the families and for our volunteers. Teachers report that appropriate clothing and proper school supplies bolster the child’s self-esteem and improve school performance.
