Looking to earn some community service credit? Consider the Teen Voice Blog! For every post you write, you’ll earn 1 hour of community service credit. If you participate in a library event and write about it for the blog, you’ll earn 2 hours of credit. Blog signups are ongoing, so fill out an application if interested!
Participation is mostly virtual, via email. There are occasional, optional face-to-face opportunities to earn service credit. Team members agree to commit to a minimum of three months’ participation. The minimum monthly
requirement for continued participation in the Teen Blog Team is one blog post per month and two blog comments . If a participant misses three deadlines without notifying the Teen Services Librarian, they can no longer participate in the project.
