Volunter at Butterfly Farms

The mission of Butterfly Farms is to conserve native butterflies and their habitats through education and conservation. In our 3000 square foot Vivarium (butterfly free flight house) we study interactions of native butterflies in a unique ecosystem. In our classroom we study metamorphosis and teach conservation. In our nursery we grow and study dozens of plants important to the biology of our pollinators. In our laboratory we raise native butterflies. We hold special events in our event center.
