Teens Reach Volunteer at Joyce Ellington Branch Library

Joyce Ellington Library is looking for motivated teens to join Teens Reach, the library’s teen advisory group. Teens Reach is a great opportunity gain leadership experience, give back to the community, and advocate for teen services and programs in the library. Teens Reach volunteers help plan and facilitate library programs and events, assist with Friends of the Library Book Sales, champion library services in the community, and more. Joyce Ellington’s Teens Reach meets on the 4th Thursday of every month at 4pm.

  • Volunteer credit is offered.
    - Commit to volunteering for at least 6 months
    - Attend monthly meetings
    - Enjoy working with people of all ages and cultures
    - Have a strong interest in the library or serving the community
    - Be willing to learn new skills
